Blessed Ville Special School Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit charitable institution, approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission on the 8th of November 2007 with SEC Registration No. CN200511592 and recognized by the Department of Education (R-IV-A) on the 13th of August 2009 under SPED-004, series of 2008 for Pre- Elementary and Elementary Level and SPED-121, s.2013 for Complete SPED Course for Secondary Level. BVSSFI assists the less privileged children with special needs offering special education classes in Kindergarten, Elementary, Junior High School, and Non-graded/ Tutorial. It offers a very unique learning experience for special individual that is relevant in promoting and enhancing their cognitive, social, emotional, physical and spiritual maturity. Its special education program does not only center on academic but also equally focuses on each child’s personality and development. BVSSFI specific objectives shall be the development and maximization of learning competencies as well as the inculcation of values to make the learners with special needs a useful and effective members of society. It also encourages parents and caregivers to be more responsive to the needs of their special children. BVSSFI relies on donation to enable the institution to keep its door open and provide the appropriate support to those children with special needs with its major program “Quality Education for Children with Special Needs”.
